Redesign and Rebranding

PXLR logo old and new

When the original PXLR site launched, the design was done as quickly as possible to get the site up and running when the LLC went live. Since then, I've drawn and redrawn logo ideas multiple times. I think with this one, I've finally come up with one I like and decided to get it launched. When PXLR started, my thought was to have a small company to do Wordpress, Drupal, etc. Now that I've been at it for about 18 months, I've decided to focus my efforts on Drupal theming and UI design for applications.

The first iOS app will be launching very soon as well. It's very simple, but just a start of a few apps that I've got in my brain. Currently, I'm figuring out how to tie them into a Drupal backend. Excited about what's coming down the pipeline. The transition from websites built for a PC to web applications that works across all types of devices is very interesting. I do believe that 2012 will be a year full of changes in this industry.
