Drupal Theming

Drupal has a very robust theming layer. Drupal also has a complicated theming layer if you're not used to it. PXLR's main focus is theming in Drupal. I have experience in theming both Drupal 6 and Drupal 7. Usually I use Fusion as a base theme as it provides some great options out of the box, but you wouldn't know what base theme I'm using just by looking at it.
